Return Policy: You can return or exchange your Ohio Infrared Sauna purchase within 60 days for any reason but the CUSTOMER MUST PAY the Return Shipping and Handling fees. We must receive your return request by phone within 45 days after the date you received your items so that your purchase will reach us by the 60 day limit. NOTE: Items must be returned in the same box & packaging received by you with everything that was included in the original shipment. No returns will be accepted after 60 days unless there is a warranty claim. Please contact us by Phone FIRST for your Return Authorization and the "Return To" address.
